Welcome to "The Parlor", a 4,000 sq ft venue with dance floor, bar area, ADA accessible men's and women's restrooms and a stunning veranda with fenced, lush grass area of additional 4,000 sq ft that has incredible views of the Wet Mountains.
Outdoor seating, lighting and side courtyard area (2,000 sq ft). with views of Pike's Peak!
On staff minister. Licensed bartenders & security available.

Base Pricing: $800 Daily rate (Mon - Thurs) / $975 Daily rate (Fri - Sun)
Hourly rates available Mon - Wed ($175 per hr / MIN 2 Hours)
